ABSURD: Governor Umahi seen supervising workers being fogged as he ordered soldiers to flog them for coming to work late.

 It was gathered the the current governor or Ebonyi state went to supervise one the project being executed by him, but upon arrival, he discovered that some of the workers came late. 

Angered by that, he ordered the soldiers guarding to flog the hell out of them. You could hear some people speaking Ebonyi dialect at the background.
