ASUU STRIKE: SOLIDARITY BY SEN. SHEHU SANI, A MUST READ

 

Still on the lingering strike embarked upon by the ACADEMIC STAFF UNION OF UNIVERSITIES. Sen. Shegu has lent his voice in support of ASUU on the need for all lecturers in Nigerian university system to stick together and never allow their resolves be broken by the political class as that is the only to ensure that whatever they are demanding will be granted.

This he said will not put the recurring of strike actions but by extension will reposition Nigerian tertiary institutions and them place of reckoning for both citizens and others. 

As for me, the battle is obviously near being won by ASUU and they should not capitulate at this point because Federal Government has almost exhausted all available option. If her first resort to hunger subjection through NO WORK NO PAY could shaken the resolve of the union. I wonder what would. To all ASUU members, this is the time to how serious you are about your resolve to reposition our academic institution. Solidarity forever!
