ABUBAKAR MALAMI DISOBEDIENCE TO APPEAL COURT JUDGEMENT AND MOVE TO SUPREME COURT, A RIGHT OR WRONG MOVE

It is Ever Good that any man who has a case to prove fights hard and press on till your case gets to the supreme Court but as you do, have it at the back of your mind, the meaning of a the judgement of the supreme Court.. When a case goes to the supreme Court, the judgement automatically becomes the Law of the land..

Sensible governments have always resolved difficult problems like the case of Mazi Nnamdị Kanu by technically tagging it a "political problem" and most times quickly assemble some of their men and boys to act as mediators who must be listened to.. then the government acting as a demigod will be "begged" for a Solution and surely they will cave in "maka naa nganga ka Dimkpa ji agbara Enyi òsó" (it is with pomp and style that the big man runs away from the raging big cow)..

.

By the time AGF Abubakar gets to the supreme Court and is floored pants down in his own court in less than 3 sittings.. technically, agitations and Freedom fighting has been accepted into our laws and we would have all learnt the loophole in "undressing the local girl call FG" on any bed..

.

The Lawyers will only dance to court to scream, "in FG vs Nnamdi Kanu 19kpiridim" the supreme Court has said, "onye shi anyi piakasia, anyi apiakasia as long as you can move to a point that any extraordinary rendition makes your case untouchable!"

.

By going to the supreme Court, the AGF is doing himself, Nigeria and the Law no Good.. He is shooting the Nigerian law on its diabetic toe and totally backstabbing the never existing "one Nigerianess"..

People like Sunday Igboho and other incacierated agitators are waiting for this particular supreme Court judgement..

.

Nnamdi Kanu will be laughing now as he is just not going to be part of the history books of Nigeria but part of the law books just because of the stupidities of the the idiots we put in power in the name of PDP VS APC..

.

Sometimes, I am shocked how the Lamentations Of A Bishop get to understand this simple law more than these quota system products of Nigeria..
