Recall that the Barrister representing IPOB took to his Twitter handle to announce the session slated for today being 13 October, 2022, where he said they were going to the court of appeal for the final ruling on the case before her.

To that effect, the news flashing on our desks says that the court of appeal that sat today has ruled in favour of the IPOB leader.
