ASUU to hold emergency meeting this Thursday over suspension of strike

Here are the details as received on our desk from the ASUU body.

The striking academic union said she will hold an emergency NEC meeting on Thursday over the suspension her eight months old strike owing to the positive outcome of negotiations which was concluded yesterday, the 10th of October, 2022.

She has equally directed all her branches to collate the views of members from their own branch meetings scheduled to hold tomorrow being Wednesday, the 12th of October, 2022 since that would form the basis for the strike suspension.
