There are few things you need to know concerning the electoral laws of Nigeria with respect to campaigns so you could position yourself properly. Thereafter you should be the judge on who and which parties that have violated them from what we have been witnessing do far.

1. No political party or agents shall campaign on ethno-religious grounds
2. No political party or agents should employ violence
3. No political parties or their agents should use innuendos...
Whereas the political party could be fined the sum of 2million Naira or disqualified, the agents could be fined the sum of 500k or be jailed.
His conclusion:
The issue now is that APC has broken all provisions of the Section 92 of the electoral act, and should be disqualified! All their members and supporters should be fined that 500k each! The PDP has broken a half of the provisions of the Section 92 too...half of them should be fined 500k each!
