ÓFÉ ÁKWÚ: The delicious locally made stew for rice in Igbo land has been taken to another dimension in far away Germany. 

A German lady married to a Nigerian man has taken to her social media handle to express her marvels over her ability to prepare an Igbo local stew called ÓFÉ-ÁKWU. This is a stew made from fresh palm fruits {Akwu in Igbo language} which is usually boiled, mashed and the red cloudy juicy extract combined with other recipes.
