A WOMAN OF MANY WINGS IS GONE, CHECK OUT WHO SHE IS.   According to Punch News online, It has been reported that the musical maestro cum actress Dr Onyeka Onwenu is dead.  The News had it that she slummed on Tuesday night after performing at a birthday party of one Mrs Stella Okoli. She was taken to Reddington Hospital Lagos and later pronounced dead. She was 72 before death struck. The family is yet to make official statement to that effect. More news to this as they develop. May the soul of the Great woman in whom I'm very pleased and inspired rest in perfect rest, amen. UNIZIK Alumni Back Expulsion of Student for Assaulting Lecturer   The Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) alumni association has praised the institution’s decision to expel a student, Chimamaka Goddy-Mbakwe, for assaulting a lecturer, Dr. Chukwudi Okoye, after he interrupted her TikTok video. A viral video showing Goddy-Mbakwe attacking the lecturer surfaced online on Wednesday, sparking widespread reactions. Following the incident, the university set up a disciplinary panel, which found her guilty of misconduct. The panel recommended her expulsion, a decision that was upheld by the university authorities. In an official expulsion letter dated February 13, 2025, and signed by the acting Registrar, Victor I.
