  Governor Soludo Bans Bet9ja, Nairabet, Other Gambling Services, Casinos In Anambra According to information available on news reports from Sahara reporters; Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State has banned the operations of casinos and gaming centres in the state, including BetNaija over alleged "dark deals". Popular gambling services in Nigeria include Bet9ja, 1960bet, Nairabet, 9jaPredict and BetNigeria. The notice of the ban is contained in a statement jointly signed by the Commissioner for Culture, Entertainment and Tourism, Mr Donatus Onyenji; Chairman, Anambra State Internal Revenue Service, Richard Madiebo and the Commissioner for Homeland Affairs, Chikodi Anara. According to the statement, the ban is a sequel to a worrisome number of petitions recently received by the government concerning the manipulation of casino machines and non-transparency in payment for winnings. President of Omega Fire Ministries Apostle Johnson Suleman on Friday escaped gunmen attack at Benin Auchi Express road in Edo State. Reports said Johnson Suleman was attacked by gunmen who shot at his vehicle, targeting him Friday afternoon. Trending video footage on social media show bullet touches on the cleric’s vehicle. Another video posted by one of his followers showed policemen who are members of his convoy lying dead in blood.   Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's American lawyer seeks suspension of Nigeria from UN General Assembly for failing to release, compensate the IPOB leader. This report was presented Sahara reporters. Your recall some years back that the IPOB leader once got enraged in the court in one of the sessions of the high court saying that Nigerian authorities don't obey court orders among other things and he equally told Buhari that he can't jail him.
